Duty Stations

• Use the filter to locate a duty station, the physical location where an employee performs their job duties and serves as the official place of work or assignment.
• The duty station is important for processing personnel actions and reporting workforce information to OPM, as well as for administrative purposes like taxes, travel,
  relocation, and determining eligibility for certain benefits or allowances.
• Locality Pay Area (LPA) definitions are updated once a year in January. Duty Station Information should be consistent with LPA definitions found on the OPM website .
